Germanii Journey, LLC: Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

1. Business Identity & Operations

  • Legal Entity: All services are provided by Germanii Journey, LLC dba Memory Booth Lounge.

  • Service Logistics: A standard travel and setup fee of $100.00 applies to all bookings, regardless of proximity to the home base.

  • Setup Requirements: The Client must provide a level setup area within 3 feet of a dedicated power outlet.

2. Liability & Equipment Protection

  • Host Liability: The Client (Event Host) assumes full financial and legal responsibility for any damage caused to the booth, props, or hardware by guests or attendees.

  • Replacement Value: Damage deemed irreparable by the Company will be billed to the Client at the full current market replacement value plus shipping and installation costs.
  • Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Germanii Journey, LLC and its website developers, G&U Studios, from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from injuries, property damage, or data loss occurring during or after the event.

3. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Inclement Weather: If rain or unsafe conditions arise, the Company will suspend operations for 20 minutesIf conditions do not improve, the Company will vacate the premises to prevent equipment damage.

  • No Refunds for Weather: Once the Company has arrived on-site, no refunds or credits will be issued for time lost due to weather or venue-related power failures.

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable Retainer: The deposit required to secure the event date is strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Clients must provide at least 10 days’ notice to receive a refund for payments made in excess of the retainer.
